The Process


• First the college provides Interact with college collateral and other printed materials to be examined. Don't forget to include annual outreach materials or alumni publications.

• Then using a custom audit instrument, Interact reviews all materials for consistency, completeness, coordination and quality of message, generational focus and effectiveness.

• Finally, the college receives a written report that summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of external and internal messaging.
