Interact Communications was formed in 1996 as a partnership between Kevin Cram and Pam Cox-Otto. Previously, they each worked together at both Western Wisconsin Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Northern Engraving Corporation (a multi-national manufacturing company that supplies the auto industry) also based in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area.

Kevin and Pam agreed that the manufacturing industry was interesting, but it didn’t fire their creativity or their hearts the way that their two-year college experiences did. Following their aspirations, they formed Interact in a basement office (not in the basement of one of their homes... a greater story it would be if it were true, however) and set about trying to express their talents.

Today Interact owns its own building, employs more than twenty talented people, and has clients all over the country.
