Interact Communications was formed in 1996 as a partnership between Kevin Cram and Pam Cox-Otto. Previously, they each worked together at both Western Wisconsin Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Northern Engraving Corporation (a multi-national manufacturing company that supplies the auto industry) also based in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area.

Kevin’s and Pam’s mission in creating Interact Communications was to provide the best communications services available to two-year colleges. They have succeeded. Interact has won national awards, contracts throughout the United States, and many loyal clients.
