We are looking for a communicator who is a self-starter, can work with news and media, is energetic, and holds great people and political skills.

This position involves working with various media for the purpose of informing the public of an organization's mission, policies and practices in a positive, consistent and credible manner. In this case, this position to be filled is that of; Communications Coordinator at a Community College.

Dealing with the media presents unique challenges in that the news media cannot be controlled. They have ultimate control over whether stories pitched to them are of interest to their audiences. Because of this, ongoing relationships between an organization and the news media are vital.

We will be on campus interviewing:

• Monday, March 5: Arizona State University - Tempe
   from 10am-3pm

• Thursday, March 8: Northern Arizona University - Flagstaff
   from 10am-3pm
