Interact was selected by the city of La crosse to develop an economic development brand that would position the city for growth, by attracting new companies to the region that would offer the the kind of synergy that would support and sustain the city.
We did extensive research on what attracts business and industry to a community, and then worked with local businesses and city government to create a messaging plan.
"Grand River. Great City." was meant to only be the economic development brand. But it was welcomed with open arms by the entire community, as was the logo and marketing materials developed for this campaign.
La Crosse Wisconsin is using "Grand River. Great City." as is core messaging strategy.
