Interact has developed a model for Enrollment Management that examines the process from recruitment and outreach efforts outside of the institution to ongoing retention experiences that range from the classroom to the quad.
Interact calls these two parts the “Recruitment Funnel” and the “Retention Sieve”. Together they comprise the process that most community members, potential students, and actual students experience as customers of your institution.
